This problem can occur on any platform.
An OTM environment is configured with multiple Domains. When bulk planning orders from one of the domains, the entire bulk plan fails with the following error:
ejb.ItineraryProfile record not found: pk=DOMAIN.ITINERARY_PROFILE
Could not retrieve ITINERARY_PROFILE(s)
