Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2, when attempting to click offer approval notification,
the following error occurs:
ERROR
The requested page contains stale data. This error could have been caused through the use of
browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).
You cannot perform an action because the notification is closed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Click offer approval notification.
