Move Order to Existing Shipment is Not Adding Multiple Orders To the Shipment.

This problem can occur on any platform.
-- Problem Statement:
When using the Action: "Move Order to Existing Shipment" when selecting more than one order, it is found that only one order was successfully assigned to the shipment. There is no error presented to the screen indicating that the other orders were not assigned to the shipment.
