Internal Requisitions Imported From ASCP Stuck in Interface table with Error : DELIVER_TO_LOCATIO Deliver-to location is invalid (Doc ID 604451.1)

After running the Supply chain plan, when  users are releasing planned orders  from planner workbench, the requisition stay stuck in PO_REQUISITIONS_INTERFACE table with the following error  in PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS table.

Error :
DELIVER_TO_LOCATION  Please enter a valid Deliver to Location
DELIVER_TO_LOCATIO  Deliver-to location is invalid

Cause: You entered a deliver-to location that is invalid for the destination organization.

Action: Enter a valid deliver-to location for the destination organization.

Cause: You have not associated a customer in the source organization with the deliver-to location that you entered. You must associate a customer in the source organization with the deliver-to location if the source type is 'INVENTORY'.
