Symptoms
On 11.5.8 in Production:
When attempting to complete the approval for an appraisal the following error is seen the
notification by the Manager (Main Appraiser).
ERROR
Ora-20001: hr_51264_inval_perf_rating-20001
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Appraisal > Transfer to Appraisee > Review and Approve > Manager receives
notification with error.
