How To Resolve The Error "UNABLE TO LOCK THE RECORD", While Modifying A Service Request OR Task (Doc ID 604605.1)

Symptoms

Create a Service Request from the Customer Management --> Contact Center form.
Create two tasks and assign the tasks to a group that is mapped to UWQ.

From the UWQ, --> Open the group and locate the two tasks that were assigned to the group.
Click One of the tasks to open the details. Close the task and save. The following error then occurs.

UNABLE TO LOCK THE RECORD



Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. Navigate to Customer Management --> Contact Center.
3. Create a Service Request and Create two tasks and assign the tasks to a group that is mapped to UWQ.
4. From the UWQ, --> Open the group and locate the two tasks that were assigned to the group.
5. Click One of the tasks to open the details. Close the task and save. The error is occuring.
