The Total Column Displays Many Zeros (Doc ID 605082.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

An Order Release Results UI is set with columns to show totals.  When the Order Releases are checked by using the tick box to the left, the total field at the base of the screen displays a total with many zeros.

Worked Example:

Background to configuration steps:

1 - Navigated to: Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Screen Set Manager.

2 - Search for Screen Set ORDER_RELEASE and click on 'Copy Screen Set'.

3 - Create Screen set <SCREENSET VALUE>.

4 - Add 'Length per Ship Unit' .

5 - Edit it and set to Total = ticked and Result Grid Section = Static.

6 - Delete 'Total Gross Weight' and add it back into the last position.

7 - Edit the 'Total Gross Weight' and set to Total = ticked and Result Grid Section = Static.

8 - Click Finished.

STEPS TO REPLICATE

1 - Scroll to the base of the menu.

2 - Click on the menu link of <SCREENSET VALUE>

3 - Click Search.

4 - Select the tick box for Order Release ID = <RELEASE ID>

5 - Note at the base of the screen the Total for the 'Length Per Ship Unit' =
