Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:Find wrong header labels are published when using Report manager or
The FSG program error out with
XML processing after xml_page_style.
/oracle/test/oratest/apps/apps_st/appl/rg/12.0.0/bin/RGRARG
Program was terminated by signal 11
when output type is set to XML.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the header to looks exactly as on the normal FSG text run

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. FSG through report manager .
2. FSG through standard submission form (GL responsibility).
