Create Timecard, Ends In Error 'You Cannot Create A New Timecard. You Have Already Created All The Timecards Available...' (Doc ID 725875.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


Symptoms

When attempting to create or submit a timecard in self service, the following error is received:

"You cannot create a new timecard. You have already created all the timecards available to you for your date range."


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

    1. Using OTL Self-Service responsibility.
    
    2. Navigate to Time > Create Timecard > Fill in the required information > Submit.
    
    3. Get error.
