Cannot Amend A Lease Due To Time Period Overlap (Doc ID 725915.1)

Symptoms

When trying to amend a lease, the following error occurs:

"The time period of the assignment overlaps with the time period of another assignment on this location for the same Customer.  Please change the From Date and/or To Date"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  As the Property Manager responsibility
2.  Navigate to Leases and Documents-->Main Lease-->Enter Leases and Documents
3.  Provide the name and click on Find
4.  Once the data is displayed, click on Amend
5.  Enter the information to Amend.  Click the locations tab
6.  The error appears.
