Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
When attempting to set up a category, the following error occurs for the depreciation expense
account:

ERROR
FA_SHARED_NOT_EXPENSE_ACCOUNT

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Before the set up of the category, the account was wrongly defined as a Liability account The
Accounting Flexfield was unfrozen and the account type changed to Expense on the value list, then
the Accounting Flexfield was frozen again.
