Symptoms
Find the BEE batch from OTL contains duplicate lines for employee's timecard. Instead of getting one line for each time entry, it is showing three for Exempt employees
Sequence of events during process:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Transfer Time From OTL to BEE
2. Run Validate For BEE
3. Run Transfer to BEE
4. Run 'Validate' on BEE batch
5. Run 'Transfer' on BEE batch
