Service Contract Is Struck In QA Hold Status (Doc ID 726341.1)

Find that an active contract opened for update is stuck on QA hold and displays the following message:

Currently <FND User> is modifying the contract. Please wait till <FND User> completes the changes and then try again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Service Contract Manager> locate the active Contract  with the issue
2. Open contract for update > perform an update
3. QA Checks with no error but stays on QA Hold with warning message
