Customer Form Error "You cannot pass the party number because the profile option HZ: Generate Party Number is either Null or is set to Yes"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When creating a new customer, the following error is raised:
You cannot pass the party number because the profile option HZ: Generate Party Number is either Null or is set to Yes.
The following profile options are set as follows:
- HZ: Generate Party Number = Yes or Null
Steps to reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers
Create a new Party Record and provide all information including a Party Number.
Click Apply. The error appears.
