Symptoms
On 11.5.10 in Production:
"Workflow Definitions Loader" concurrent program, ends with the following error:
APP-FND-01747: Usage: WFLOAD <apps/pwd> 0 Y {UPLOAD | DOWNLOAD | UPGRADE | FORCE} [@<appl-shortname>:]<filepath> [<item type>]
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Applications as System administrator.
2. Request.
3. Run.
