Create Accounting - Cost Management WIP Subledger Journal Entries Do Not Balance , Subledger Journal Entry does not balance in the Entered Currency (Doc ID 726864.1)

 Work In Process (WIP) transactions did not transfer to General Ledger (GL) and have the following error message:


ERROR
The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency.
Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Complete and close a standard discrete job.
2) Run 'Create Accounting - Cost Management' concurrent program with following option.
a) Mode = Final
b) Transfer to General Ledger = Yes.
c) Post in General Ledger = Yes.
3) Then, Create Accounting - Cost Management is completed with warning.
