Goal

In R12, AGIS allows users to create transactions for closed GL periods.

If user is not using the AGIS periods in an AGIS calendar, and instead only uses the GL Periods in the GL calendar, then the system does not prevent users from creating transactions in closed GL periods.

When such transactions are transferred to GL, the GL Transfer completes with the message that GL periods is not valid or not open.
