YTD validation happens in the last period of the fiscal year.

Example :  Year depreciation is 10000 ,number of periods(months) in the year =12

So monthly depreciation 10000/12=833.333333 rounded off to 833.33 ,For 11 months it will be 833.33*11=9166.63  and in last month it will be 10000-9166.63=833.37  i.e .04 extra for YTD validation

But when a cost adjustment is done then no such last month's YTD validation happens
