Customer Merge Fails With 'Msg-00100: 100 Processing Error'

ARXCUMRG - Customer Merge


Running Customer Merge (ARXCUMRG) for one customer record and it fails with the following error in the log file:

MSG-00100: 100 processing error
MSG-00100: processing_error
MSG-00100: ARP_CMERGE_MASTER.reset_merge_rows()+07-JUL-2008 04:07:19
MSG-00100: ARP_CMERGE_MASTER.reset_merge_rows()-07-JUL-2008 04:07:19
MSG-00100: ARP_CMERGE_MASTER.clear_error_merge_rows()+07-JUL-2008 04:07:20
MSG-00100: ARP_CMERGE_MASTER.clear_error_merge_rows()-07-JUL-2008 04:07:20

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager,
    Navigation: Customers > Account Merge
2. Select From and To Customers and Sites
3. Click on Merge to submit the merge
4. The concurrent request completes with error
