Symptoms

When publishing models, the following exception is found a Single Publication ends in error as follows:

Failure in resolving REASONID: 1430682
Error during replacing REASONID : ORA-01403: no data found
CZ_PB_INSERT_ERR
ORA-01403: no data found
Error in upload of RULE schema for publication id : 8062:User-Defined Exception
Fatal publication error, process aborted for publication 8062: ORA-01403: no data found
Fatal publication error, process aborted for publication 8062: ORA-01403: no data found
Parent model in publication (migration) request : 151420
Source publication : 8062 target publication:


Steps:
1. Oracle Configurator Developer Responsibility
2. Configurator Developer
3. Publications
4. Create model Publication
5. Select a model to publish
6. Press button Continue
7. Select UI
8. Select Target DB Instance LOCAL
9. Select Mode Production
10 Select Application : Order Management and Bill of Material (BOM)
11.Select Language ALL
12.Select Usages: any usages
13.Press Apply
14. Close Window/Oracle Configurator Developer Responsibility / Concurrent Programs / executeConcurrent Program 'Process a Single Publication' - select publish number and press submit
15. Concurrent Program ends in error
