FNDATUPD: AuditTrail Update Tables fails on View AP_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS_ALL_AC1 (Doc ID 727208.1)

Symptoms

In Release 12, when FNDATUPD module: AuditTrail Update Tables is run after creating audit on a single table, it fails creating VIEW AP_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS_ALL_AC1 with:

ERROR:
Fatal error in fdasql, quitting...
Fatal error in fdacv, quitting...
commit
Fatal error in fdaupc, quitting...


STEPS:
1. Auditing > Audit
2. Submit AuditTrailUpdate Table
