Transfer Material In Subinventory Where Such Transaction Not Allowed (Doc ID 727417.1)

Subinventory status "MU" does not allow to transfer between subinventory. Trying to use subinventory transfer, can transfer material into "MU" subinventory.
Expect not to be able to  transfer into or out of subinventory where "Transfer Material between subinventories" is not allowed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create MU status which is not allow "Transfer material between subinventories"
2. Subinventory S1 status = MU
3. Perform subinventory transfer from subinventory S2 to the S1 is ok.
4. Perform subinventory transfer from S1 is not ok.
