-- Problem Statement:
When you click on Actions in the Shipments section of the Order/Shipments visibility screen, the following error occurs:
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log on to OTM and go to Transportation Planning and Execution - Visibility -> Order/Shipments and then click on 'Search' button.
2.Select any shipment and then click on the 'Action' button.
