On 11.5.10.2:
In an Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) integrated environment with running Oracle Standard Collection (Planning Data Pull and ODS Load) it is noted that it does not collect all the routings, recipes, formulas (BOMs) and process effectivities.  There are also no planned orders generated for the levels below the level where the process effectivity is not collected following the run of an ASCP Plan

The MSCPDPW module: Planning Data Pull Worker

contains reference to:

Recipe <id> has ZERO step qty
validate_routing returned Invalid for plant code <orgn code> routing_id <id> rtg_hdr_location <id>

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Collection -> Oracle System -> Standard Collection
