Goal

When creating a project locator, why is a similar locator also created without the project number in a project enabled organization.

Example :
Within FG subinvetory when you create locator TEST....H03 where H03 is a project code the system automatically creates another locator as TEST...

-- Steps
1.Create Subinventory
2.Enter locator name with Project as ABC
- Segment1: TestRow
- Segment2: TestRack
- Segment3: TestBin
- Segment19: ABC
3.Save the record.
4.Re-query locators form again.
5. Find another locator with same name created.without project id..
- Segment1: TestRow
- Segment2: TestRack
- Segment3: TestBin
- Segment19: NULL
