R12: iHelp Not Working After Implementing A Hardware Load Balancer, SSL Acceleration, Or DMZ (Doc ID 728463.1)

After implementing hardware load balancing, SSL,  SSL acceleration, or DMZ, iHelp will no longer function. 

The following are the symptoms when trying to call help pages:

- Either the page will be blank or the message "The requested topic could not be found" will be displayed to end-user. 
- This will occur for all help files. 
- The "Contents" or "Search" tabs will still work

Impact: this results in users unable to use iHelp.

Note: for SSL Only Configurations special setup is required. Please review unpublished bug 20472035

Changes

Implemented hardware load balancing, SSL Acceleration, DMZ or simply upgraded to R12 from a previous release when one of the advanced configurations previously mentioned were configured
