QA Check fail with error "Service is not available for product" (Doc ID 728709.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10 in Production:
Find out that some renewed contract were renewed in Entered status and QA Check is failing with below error message.

ERROR
"Service is not available for product".

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Service Contract Manager
1. Contract LaunchPad
2. Search for a contract
3. Click renew ==> same duration as the initial contract ==> the contract get renewed in
Entered status and QA Check for this contract fail with error "Service is not available for product"
