Application Error In Order Details For Return Orders With Serialized Items

This problem can occur on any platform.
Track Orders / Returns page encounters an application error when trying to query a return order created in Order Management that has serialized product on it.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
Create a return order in Order Management for a serialized item and on the order line ensure to specify Reference Type as 'Serial Number' and enter item and serial number details.
Enter iStore and navigate to Order Details. Select a return order with serialized product and receive the application error with ORA-01722: invalid number
