Symptoms

 When attempting to cancel dropship sales order line below error is seen


Error Message

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows in Package
OE_Purchase_Release_PVT Procedure Process_DropShip_CMS_Requests


Steps
1. Go to Order Management responsibility>Orders, Returns>Sales Orders
2. Query the dropship sales order
3. Select Actions >Cancel
4. Notice the error displayed on Form
