Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
In 11.5.9, and a configured item and selecting Action > Progress Order >Create Configuration Eligible,
a window message box displays that says:

 "Workflow has submitted a concurrent request.
The request ID is 999999.

However, after upgrading to 11.5.10.2, this message box is no longer displayed.


-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. From the Sales Order Line Items tab, Select Action-Progress Order

2. Select OK button; Eligible Activities window appears

3. Create Configuration-Eligible Select OK button and expect to see the following note, but it is
no longer displayed:

-- Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot verify that their transactions went through by receiving the message
box.


Changes

Upgrade from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2.
