Null Pointer When Editing Logic Configuration - Unknown service: ejb.LogicConfig (Doc ID 729526.1)

After upgrading to 5.5 CU5 from a previous 5.5 CU version on an OTM installation using WebSphere as
the Application Server, the following error is encountered when trying to edit and save a Logic Configuration ID.

at glog.util.remote.BeanBaseInvoker.invoke( Code))
at glog.util.remote.EntityBeanHomeInvoker.findByPrimaryKey(
at glog.util.genericcontainer.BeanDataSessionBean.readBeanData(
at glog.util.genericcontainer.BeanDataSessionServerSideEJBWrapper.readBeanData(

In reviewing the logs, the following error can be found:

Exception Unknown service: ejb.LogicConfig
javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Context:
<directory_path>/servers/server1, name: ejb.LogicConfig: First component in
name ejb.LogicConfig not found. [Root exception is

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Transportation Planning and Execution -> Power Data -> Planning -> Logic Configuration.
2. Search for and edit any record.
3. Click Finished.

The error will be displayed.
