Cannot Complete Dj Using Mtl_transactions_interface. Inventory Worker Also Error (Doc ID 729625.1)

Find the "Job Complete" field on Completion Transactions form WIPTXCMP is not refreshed after importing via Open Transactions Interface an Assy WIP Completion transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the quantity completed is updated

No valid error in 11i before Patch 7281109. After the patch, the following error will be displayed in MTI (MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE):

CSTPACMS:validate_snap_interface 30 : OPERATION_SEQ_NUM in CST_COMP_SNAP_INTERFACE is missing or incorrect.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import data on MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE
2. Check the transaction is correctly placed on MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS
3. Check the form: Work in Process => Transactions/Completion Transactions
4. The Job Complete field is still zero
