Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.05, When attempting to run the installation step, Execute domainman.reset_sequence, the following error occurs:

ERROR
Error resetting sequence Table: ACTIVITY_CALENDAR_OVERRIDE Sequence:
ACTIVITY_CALENDAR_OVERRIDE_SEQ
BEGIN domainman.reset_sequence; END;

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to install OTM afresh on CU5
2. Run the Execute domainman.reset_sequence installation step
3. see the error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete CU5 installation
