After changing the lot attribute in the Item Master for several parts, when the Discrete Job is
completed, an Installed Base error occurs. When the attribute was changed there were parts in
work on Discrete Jobs that were not expired in Installed Base.  The actual
error that shows in the Installed Base Transaction Errors form is the following:

Error Text: Multiple active instances found for the item attributes provided.
Inventory Item ID : &INV_ITEM_ID
Organization ID : &INV_ORG_ID
Sub-Inventory : &SUBINV
Locator ID : &LOCATOR
Action: Check for duplicate inventory records found in CSI_ITEM_INSTANCES

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Acct Alias Issue all instances of the part effected out of inventory in ALL orgs.

2. Change the Lot attribute in the Item Master for the part number from Full Control to No

3. Acct Alias Receive the parts back into stock in their inventory locations in ALL orgs.

4. After some time a WIP Discrete Job can be completed for a higher assembly where this part
issued to before the change was made.

5. An Installed Base Error is generated against the WIP Completion transaction.

6. The Installed Base Correction and Synchronization program is run.

For parts where serial control was changed this has fixed the Installed Base error. For parts
where lot control was changed the Installed Base Correction and Synchronization program does not
fix these errors
