After upgrading to 11.5.10 CU2, the following error occurs in Repair Order form, when trying to Debrief a task in Repair Tasks tab:
APP-JTF-210604: Program error: Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
jtf_grid.populate package reports error:
An unexpected error occurred in jtf_grid.populate
The following information is available:
The error is most likely in the form or the metadata definition. Please check the following alert for the error code.
After clicking OK, another error is displayed:
ORA-00904: "TASK_PRIORITY_LEVEL": invalid identifier
ORA-06512: at "APPS.JTF_GRIDDB", line 837
ORA-06512: at "APPS.JTF_GRIDDB", line 878
Steps To Reproduce:
- Log in with Depot Repair responsibility.
- Go to Repair Orders.
- Create a repair order with "Task" type.
- Go to the "Repair Task" tab.
- Create a task.
- Assign the task to the owner and the assignee.
- Close the task.
- Click on the "Debrief Button".
Note the first error.
- Click OK.
Note the second error.
Upgraded to 11.5.10 CU2.
