Voucher Interface From OTM To EBS Is Failing Due to Missing INVOICE_GID (Doc ID 729975.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

When trying to send a Voucher Interface to EBS (using Send Interface Transmission from the Voucher actions) and it is failing in the BPEL process and therefore never reaching EBS. The following is found in the OTM logs:

Exception javax.resource.ResourceException: RollbackException: Transaction has been marked for rollback: null
WebServiceDetails Transmission ID 123 will be set to status ERROR transport - Services - 1
WebServiceDetails OTM failed to send SERVICE transmission 123 from <otm_url> to ServiceName
OtmVoucherToOracleApInvoice, operation process, url null with the following Exception:
javax.resource.ResourceException: RollbackException: Transaction has been marked for rollback: null

Full Exception is:

When auditing the flow in the BPEL console, it was found that the error was caused due to a missing INVOICE_GID
