Performance Management Plan (PMP)


Goal

The attached demonstration will show how to create a Performance Management Plan (PMP) to define the Objective Setting and Appraisal Management Process. It will also explain what each field in this process controls.

The Performance Management Plan (PMP) defines the Performance Management Process for a specified period. It identifies:

  1. Who is a member of the plan
  2. How users will set objectives for plan managers
  3. If the application will create appraisals automatically for plan members


This presentation will demonstrate the most common options selected when creating a Performance Management Plan (PMP) and will also explain what the options are responsible for doing.
