Dashboard Does Not Retrieve Info For View Details Contact (Doc ID 730847.1)

Goal

NOTE: In the images below and/or the attached document, user details / company name / address / email / telephone number represent a fictitious sample (based upon made up data used in the Oracle Demo Vision instance).  Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

On the right side in the contact center you can enter the customer info. On the left side the contact info.

Available in system are:
1.
Customer X (type Organization)
2.
Customer contact named 'Y' (type person)
3.
Contact named 'Y'


Steps taken:
1.
Customer 'Y' (type Person) is queried on the right side in the Contact Center.
On the dashboard data shows for Customer 'Y', number 2222.
In header shows: View Details for Customer 'Y'.

a)
Customer (organization) is queried on the right side in the Contact Center and contact 'Y' on left
side.
Contact 'Y' has number 11111.
On tab Dashboard data show for Customer X.
In the header shows: View Details for Customer 'X'.
b)
Now change View Details for in the header. Select here now 'Contact: Y - Customer X'.
Dashboard is blank. No data shows for the contact.

It is expected that Contact Y and Customer Y are the same. So it is expected that the dashboard
would show info here when the view details for option is changed.
