This problem can occur on any platform.
When attempting to review duplicated information, the following problem occurs.
No duplicates are found, but there is duplicated data
Expect to have warning message displayed indicating duplicate data
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers -> Standard
2. Create a customer which already exists on the system
