FRM-47023: No Such Parameter Named G_QUERY_FIND Exists in Form PERWSFCR (Doc ID 731213.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

When attempting to open the custom "XXX Form Configurator" function which was created from the
seeded template PER_MAINTAIN_EMPS template and added to the UK_HRMS_SECURITY menu,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
FRM-47023: No such parameter named G_QUERY_FIND exists in form PERWSFCR.
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item PARAMETER.G_QUERY_FIND
FRM-47023: No such parameter named TEMPLATE_NAME exists in form PERWSFCR

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. UK HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to Security > XXX Forms Configurator
3. Open the form
4. See the error message
