Timekeeper Errors For Mid Period Re-Hire (Doc ID 731443.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Employee is re-hired mid pay period. You can create a timecard for their first period using Self Service
timecard, but when you try to create time via Timekeeper you get an error - Your Application Set
does not match the applications in your Retrieval Rule Group

Existing employees that have the same preferences do work. Also, after the first pay period you
can create timecards via timekeeper for the same employees it is only the first pay period after
re-hire that you can't get to work

Steps To Reproduce:
Using responsibility - Supervisor Timekeeper
Timekeeper Group - add newly re-hired employee to Timekeeper group
Timekeeper Entry - add hours type and hours for days worked
Save and Error comes up
