Unable to default the Value of the 'Update Appraisal' Field via Personalizations (Doc ID 731542.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Find when setting the Update Appraisal Check Box  to default the value 'Y' for the check box to be automatically checked, that the personalizations are not being picked up, the check box does not get set.


Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Manager Self Service -> Appraisals
  2. Share Appraisal Details With Appraisee
  3. Personalize Page
  4. Message Check Box: Update Appraisal -> Initial Value set to Y
  5. Return to the Appraisal form, the check box is not checked
