Symptoms
When attempting to run custom query on a user-defined alert and then querying Person and
navigating to any form, the following error occurs:
APP-PAY-07114: Oracle error ORA-01023: Cursor context not found (Invalid cursor number)

Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query custom alert From Alerts Manager
2. click the Run button
3. switch back to US Super HRMS Manager
4. query People > Enter and Maintain
5. click any other button from that screen (Assignment, Global Address, Special Info, etc.), the error occurs.
