No Service Activity Codes are available on the Repair Order Logistics tab.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Depot Repair Super User.
2. (N) Depot Repair--> Repair Orders.
3. Create a RO and navigate to Logistics Tab and click on Service Activity Code LOV.
