When tkprof'ing a raw trace file the following error appears in the newly tkprof'd file and the explain plan details do not appear:

Error in CREATE TABLE of EXPLAIN PLAN table: APPS.prof$plan_table
ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object

parse error offset: 18
EXPLAIN PLAN option disabled.
