When attempting to click on any LOV in the collections screen, the following error occurs:

 
'APP-AST-207287: please enter at least 1 characters into field for invoking the list of values.The
first character can not be %'

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Enter the collections screen and click on any lov.
