Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When running the Deposit Advice (XML) process using the seeded Deposit Advice template, there is no output generated and the concurrent request completes without error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Run Deposit Advice (XML)
2. View output
