Goal

When the International Trade Management (ITM) Adapter Startup program is started, it runs continuously as requested under a standard manager. When the adcmctl.sh script is used to stop the Concurrent Manager, (CM ), it still does not terminate.  The ITM Adapter Startup program is running preventing CM from stopping. The standard manager process continues to run until you login to the system and cancel the ITM Adapter Startup program.  Using the below Oracle scripts also will not assist in shutting down the concurrent manager.
