Symptoms

On 11.5.10:
On 'Enter Orders (OEXOEORD)' form, while entering order lines, it shows following error :

ERROR
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 84832 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool", "QP_PREQ_GRP", "PL/SQL
MPCODE","BAMIMA: Bam Buffer")
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
ORA-06512: at "APPS.QP_ATTR_MAPPING_PUB",line 3493

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can NOT be reproduced at will. Following steps were followed prior to the error
1. OM Superuser > Enter Orders
2. Enter header details , Click on 'Line Items'

Issue is random, non-reproducible at will, It is happening frequently now, almost 2-3 issues every week. Users cannot continue to enter sales orders.

There are also similar errors while Order Booking & Cost Manager logs in Inventory module.
