Symptoms


On 11.5.10 in Production:
Find that the Sick hours and vacation hours in the SOE and Net entitlement in Employee Accrual form not correct they are one pay behind


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Sick hours and vacation hours in the SOE and Net entitlement in Employee Accrual form to display current pay period values.

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SOE View:

Navigate -> FastPath -> Statement Of Earnings -> Date-track to Date Earned (the most recent QuickPay/Payroll Run) -> Query the employee

2. Accrual Window View:

a) Navigate -> View -> Employee Accruals
b) Date-track to Date Earned -> (the most recent QuickPay/Payroll Run)
c) Query the employee
d) Click Accruals -> Scroll to the relevant accrual plan
